Microsoft Windows CE Clarification Errata

Windows CE for Pencil Sharpeners: Extra-long pencils cause a floating point exception when the sharpening procedure is performed for an extended period. User should remove pencil after a brief sharpen and insert again if necessary after a pause.

Windows CE for Radio-Controlled Airplanes: After performing a barrel-roll in one direction, the user must perform an equal number of barrel-rolls in the other direction to allow the airplane to determine that it is upright.

Windows CE for Sneaker Lights: Sneaker lights may get out of sync if the user walks with a limping gait. Handicapped users should download the med.dll v2.35142 driver and install it in their sneakers.

Windows CE for Mechanical Banks: If the monkey does not project itself toward the slot when you place a coin valued less than $0.25 in its arms, you need to upgrade the bank BIOS to version 2.21774.

Windows CE for Heart-Lung Machines: OSR3 units are able to process heart and one lung data, or two-lung and no heart data, but not heart and two lungs. Surgeons are directed to alternate organ shutdowns and bootups.

Windows CE for Barbecues: A reiterative malfunction may occur if the user attempts to light a fire that is already lit. If the user wants to increase the output of an existing fire, the menu option "View, Source, Preferences, Output, Increase" should be used instead.

Windows CE for Coffee Machines: If the user forgets to place the recepticle under the coffee output location, causing the counter and/floor to be soaked, this is not a fault of the machine. The documented built-in error detection is for machine errors, not user errors. This is not a bug.

Windows CE for Kidney Dialysis: Manufacturer installed, instead of a purify unit, a puree unit, which ruins the blood cell hardware. Return the unit for a modification.

Windows CE for Vending Machines: Pressing "dispense" for an empty item causes loss of currency input. This is not a bug, because the machine is successfully "dispensing" nothing. Operator needs to make sure the machine is always properly stocked.
